Responsibilities:

· Preparation GST Invoice & E Invoice, E waybill For All Domestic & Export Consignment

. Handel Packing Supervisor

· Preparation of Material Transfer Delivery Challan with E Waybill

· Preparation of Return Material Delivery Challan with E Waybill

· Preparation of Job Work Delivery Challan with E Waybill

· Preparation of Samples Sent Delivery Challan

· Arranging Vehicle for all Consignments

· Coordinate With Transporter for Taken LR Number

· Coordinate With Transporter for Material Delivery Status

· Coordinate With Courier Person for Samples sending

· After Material Send Dispatch Intimation Update in Excel File





· Dispatch Intimation & Samples Sent Intimation Mail to Customer on Next Day

· Coordinate With Transporter for Monthly Bills on Time

· Arranging Vehicle for Job Work Return Material

· All Dispatch Related Work Done On Time
