Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the .NET ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead development teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for new and existing applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Mentor and guide development teams by conducting code reviews and promoting best coding practices.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills

- 10–12 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies.




- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Proficiency in C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Service Bus, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.) is an advantage.
