- Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to bodyshop services.
- Schedule and confirm bodyshop service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding accident repairs, insurance claims, and repair status.
- Inform customers about estimated repair completion and vehicle delivery.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls and record customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with service advisors, insurance coordinators, and workshop staff.
- Promote value-added services such as extended warranty, accessories, and periodic maintenance.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
