Krushit Vanzara Studios (KVS) is a Mumbai-based creative post-production studio serving clients worldwide across retouching, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design. We combine rigorous technical standards with a strong artistic sensibility, delivering work that's both flawless and full of feeling. What You'll be doing -

- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Pitch existing clients for new projects, services, and additional opportunities — you'll be the one spotting room to grow each account.
- Run daily checks on every client's work status, timelines, and ongoing tasks so nothing slips through the cracks across deliverables.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (editors, designers, and operations) to keep workflows smooth and cross-team collaboration strong.
- Ensure clear, accurate communication between clients and internal teams on requirements, feedback, and revisions.
- Resolve client issues, concerns, or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client details, ongoing projects, feedback, and approvals.

What we need -

- Fluent English — written and verbal — is mandatory. You'll be communicating with international clients every day, and clarity is non-negotiable.
- Proven ability in client relations: building trust,



retaining clients, and improving satisfaction.
- A warm, personable communication style — you can talk to clients like a friend while staying fully professional. A good sense of humour is genuinely appreciated here.
- Comfort with upselling, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and pitching them confidently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to resolving client issues efficiently.

How we work -

- Day shifts, allocated in one of two slots: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

(Freshers are welcomed if they are confident and have proficent communication skill)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
