Role Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3-year work experience; key skills for Alfresco Developer should include:

Technical

- Strong core Java experience. Experience with Java SE 8 and 11.

- Valuable understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and its associated design skills and patterns

- Experience of application development using the Spring framework

- Demonstrable work experience as a programmer in a distributed team environment

- Experience of at least one RDBMS

- Experience of delivering projects through agile processes and practices

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Expected to document and share knowledge

- Able to anticipate performance bottlenecks, and when not to prematurely optimize

- Able to leverage asynchronous programming techniques, queuing, caching, logging, security and persistence when appropriate

- Experience of unit testing, integration testing, Maven, Git, and Continuous Integration
