Location: Andhra Pradesh

What You'll Do:

✅ Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team

✅ Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience

✅ Receive NCC-routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, and track progress in the CRM

✅ Ensure continuity of enrolled families through timely renewals, fee collection, drop-out prevention, and re-engagement initiatives





✅ Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention

✅ Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning

Eligibity

Mandatory:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (commerce / arts / hospitality / healthcare administration preferred).
- Fluency in English plus Telugu and/or Hindi (centre-language-appropriate).
- Demonstrated customer service orientation; warm, premium-healthcare-grade demeanour.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
- Willingness to complete GPT-OS® Administrator Orientation within 15 days of joining.

Preferred:

- 1–3 years experience in front office, customer service, healthcare administration, sales or hospitality.
- Lead conversion and sales experience.
- Familiarity with healthcare service delivery environments.
