Job Summary

WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Leader who can effectively lead a team, manage operations, drive SEO strategies, and ensure successful project delivery for global clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with excellent leadership and client communication skills.
The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of SEO professionals, improving website rankings,



ensuring project timelines are met, and implementing result-oriented SEO strategies to improve organic growth and lead generation.

Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve business objectives and performance goals
- Develop and implement effective On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies
- Conduct detailed website audits, competitor analysis, and SEO performance reviews
- Plan and execute keyword research, content strategy, and ranking improvement plans
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Handle end-to-end client communication, reporting, and escalations professionally
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presentations, and strategy recommendations
- Monitor team productivity, task allocation, and project deadlines
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for better SEO execution
- Ensure smooth operational workflow and quality deliverables across all projects
- Train and mentor junior SEO executives and analysts for skill enhancement
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PPT, reporting, and proposal creation

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in SEO
- Minimum 2+ years of Team Leader experience mandatory
- Strong understanding of SEO tools, website audits, ranking strategies, and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
- Academic score minimum 60% required
- Age limit: Up to 30 years
- Candidates from 50+ employee company size preferred
