About Us

PsyNest is a child-focused Therapy and Early Intervention Centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental, sensory, behavioral, and learning needs. We provide evidence-based intervention services in a nurturing and family-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assess children with developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other special needs.

Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings.

Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

Implement sensory integration, fine motor, gross motor, self-care, and functional skill interventions.

Monitor and document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, psychologists, speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals.

Provide parent training and home program recommendations.

Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Ensure a safe,



engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).

Valid professional registration/license as applicable.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience working with children is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
