- To achieve the sales targets on a monthly / quarterly / annually basis based on Company’s Trade Policy (TP)
- To ensure that the collection targets are met on a monthly basis
- To maintain positive trade relationship with every business associate, dealers and distributors .
- To evolve strategies for every dealer in order to maximize the business and market share
- To formulate strategic inputs to develop the market and for increasing dealer / distributor network for commercial and economical viabilities.
- To identify the problematic area, those affect the growth and evolve suitable solution in order to eliminate the same keeping in view the long-term interests of the Company.
- Responsible for distribution of product brochures and price lists.
- To visit the market regularly to understand the trend, competitors’ activities, problems faced by dealers, distributors’ effectiveness of the Company’s policies and to identify opportunities for furthers business development.
- To plan and maintain minimum inventory level of all product groups without affecting the sales for efficient cost control of the Depot.
- To ensure efficient administration n of the Depot operations – timely indenting, proper warehousing, general housekeeping, maintenance of internal and statutory records, timely dispatching and banking
- To report regularly to the ZSM about the trend, market conditions, dealer/market development, competitors’ activities, working of the field force, staff efficiency or any other information deemed fit for the growth, progress and profitability of the Company.
- Responsible for follow-up of customer complaints.
- Co-ordinate with Accountant for legal issues pertained to the designated area.
Qualification
Any Degree
Experience
4 - 10 years experience in Mattress or Furniture sales and marketing.
