Excellent Engineering Enterprises is looking for a Logistics Executive to coordinate transportation, monitor shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and experience in logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities.
- Plan and schedule dispatches for customer orders.
- Communicate with transporters, courier partners, and delivery agencies.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve delivery delays and logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch, sales, and accounts teams.
- Prepare logistics documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Maintain transportation records, shipment reports, and logistics MIS.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
- Support inventory movement between branches and warehouses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain.
- Freshers with strong coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Experience with ERP or logistics software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
