Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our online and offline marketing efforts remotely for our U.S. locations. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company passionate about changing lives and building the healthcare workforce. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Lead development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategy for California and Texas training programs.
● Develop and maintain email, social, and SMS campaigns in coordination with external marketing partners to increase website traffic, leads, and enrollments.
● Coordinate with external marketing partners on paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with enrollment goals and budget targets.
● Lead marketing team to achieve strategic goals, hit deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
● Manage internal marketing team, including social media and marketing support staff.
● Develop and maintain clear onboarding processes for new partner schools, including coordinating marketing campaign setup across email, social, and other channels using Monday.com.
● Maintain weekly marketing reports and the master marketing performance dashboard to track and evaluate KPIs, monitor marketing budget, and report results to the Vice President of Marketing.
● Maintain marketing calendars and identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs for upcoming campaigns and events.
● Manage and enhance online presence and reputation across social media platforms and review websites such as GMB and Yelp.
● Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices and use insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business and competitive landscape.
● Establish and maintain clear communication rhythms with US-based team members and external partners.
● Oversee the design, production, and distribution of print advertising and company merchandise.
● Perform other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.
Qualifications + Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field required.
● 4-7 years of marketing experience required
● Ability to manage and grow direct reports.
● Experience with CRM tools (esp. Zoho) and analytics systems; GA4 preferred.
● Experience with A/B testing and SEO is a plus.
● Email marketing expertise; familiarity with Mailchimp a plus.
● Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and performance marketing best practices.
● Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing plans.
● Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong quantitative skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
● Experience with project management tools required; Monday.com experience strongly preferred.
● Experience in the US healthcare or education industry preferred.
● Familiarity with US consumer marketing practices preferred.
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills required.
● Must be available for regular overlap hours with the US team, typically evening IST to accommodate California and Texas time zones.
● Able to travel onsite to the San Antonio, TX office or Fairfield, CA (only if needed).
