About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Interior Sales Consultant with 4+ years of experience in interior design sales or a related industry.

The candidate should have strong experience in client handling, lead conversion, negotiation, follow-up, and closing interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, website, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact and qualify potential clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project timeline.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the Interior Design team for proposals and presentations.
- Explain designs, materials, pricing, and project scope to clients.
- Prepare and present quotations.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
- Convert leads into confirmed interior projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and project closures.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams after project confirmation.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Furniture,



Real Estate, Construction, or Home Improvement is preferred.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
- Excellent client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of interior products, materials, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home interiors is preferred.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on successful project closures.

Important: Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, sales performance, and previous project closure record.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior Interior Sales Consultant who can independently manage the sales process from lead generation/lead handling → client meeting → site visit → quotation → negotiation → follow-up → final deal closure.

Candidates with a proven track record of successfully closing interior or home-improvement projects will be preferred.
