Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager who can act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of branding and digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects with quality output
- Assign tasks to internal teams (design, content, performance, tech) and monitor execution
- Maintain work trackers, timelines, and project status reports
- Present weekly/monthly reports and campaign performance insights to clients
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions
- Take ownership and accountability for all assigned client accounts
