Job Description:

- Responsible for the management and implementation of Projects in Maharashtra

- Ensure project milestones are met for every center every quarter, client expectation are taken care of

- Daily coordination with centers for implementing the project

- Ensure required systems and processes for compliance are followed

- Team motivation and issue resolution

- Bringing the challenges up in knowledge of program manager and plan to address them

- Building community relationships to maintain positive energies towards the project

- Generate New Ideas for Improvement and success of program

- Travelling to Centre location for Monitoring of Program

- Travelling to upcoming site locations for set up of center

Requirements

- Quality Assurance & Evaluation: Conduct surveillance and assessment of operations.

- Monitoring Compliance: Visit NF centers in assigned areas to ensure process adherence.

- LMS Management: Oversee NF Student Management System.

- Placement Follow-ups:



Persistently contact graduates and coordinate with the placement team for employment outcomes.

- Reporting: Generate and share automated/manual reports at various intervals (daily, fortnightly, monthly, etc.).

- Project Support: Assist the Project Manager with analysis, observations, and backend details.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline

- Experience: Minimum 6 years, with at least 3 years managing teams across states.

- Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in the Education sector.

- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and statistical knowledge, proficient in Excel.

- Training Experience: Preferred if experienced in conducting training sessions.

- Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted, people-oriented, with the ability to handle diverse student learning abilities and motivate them effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
