Job Summary

The Software Engineer will play a key role in designing and building robust, scalable, and secure web applications that support the organization’s mission and operations. This position is responsible for full-stack development using technologies such as React, Laravel or MVC framework, MySQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will contribute to both the development and continuous improvement of software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital tools that drive efficiency, innovation, and user satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design and develop dynamic, responsive front-end applications using React.

2. Build and maintain high-performance backend services and REST APIs using Laravel or MVC framework

3. Develop and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and stored procedures.

4. Utilize Python for scripting, data processing, or integration tasks as needed.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

7. Follow coding best practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation.

8. Submitting reports / statements (Internal & External) to management as per the schedule

Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficient in React, with the ability to create modular and reusable components.
- Hands-on experience with Laravel or MVC framework.
- Strong command of MySQL including schema design and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, backend integration, or microservices.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, and agile development practices.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

UG Degree ( Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Work experience & skills

- 0-2 years of experience working with React JS
- HTML / CSS / React/ MYSQL/ Python/Laravel /MVC framework/RESTful API/Agile development /CI&CD; /Javascript Framework /Docker/Digital ocean/ DevOps tools

Pay: From ₹21,000.00 per month
