As a facility Manager, the job requires the person

- To have detailed information about the Guest House and the local sightseeing.
- To have detailed information regarding arrivals and how to prepare rooms for guest arrival and co ordinate with housekeeping staff.
- To introduce rooms to all arriving guests
- To maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages, ability to manage online Booking Engine and Channel Manager.
- To maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed & submit form C for international guests.
- To co-ordinate with housekeeping for cleaning and preparation of rooms.
- To co ordinate and manage Maintenance issues related to the property and supervise in-house staff or hire technicians for same.
- To prepare, understand and communicate all relevant reports and statistics with Accountant.
- To maintain and settle the ledger rendering accountability for the day's transactions.
- To handle all incoming telephone calls as per standards instructed.




- To ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
- To ensure that all transactions are supported with vouchers.
- To ensure accurate cash handover.
- To handle all guests with a pleasant smile
- To follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
