Job description:

We are seeking an energetic and tech-savvy STEM Trainer to lead hands-on learning experiences in Robotics, Information Technology, Coding. In this role, you will bridge physical engineering and computer science by teaching students and clients how to design, build, and program robotic systems, software applications, and microcontrollers. The ideal candidate combines robust technical proficiency in hardware and software with a passion for experiential, project-based teaching.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Delivery

- Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops and training sessions on Robotics, Coding, and IT fundamentals.
- Teach programming foundations in Block-based coding (Scratch/Blockly) and text-based languages like Python and C/C++.
- 2. Curriculum & Project Mentorship
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to design, test, and refine project-based learning modules, lesson plans, and lab guides.
- Mentor students or participants through projects, innovation exhibitions, and national/international robotics competitions.
- Tailor instructional techniques to suit diverse learning speeds and technical skill levels.





Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
- Educational & Background Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Robotics, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 1–5 years of experience in technical training, teaching, workshop facilitation, or working in a STEM lab environment.

Soft Skills

- Communication: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, digestible explanations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting capability for debugging code and fixing physical circuits on the fly.
- Classroom Management: Patient, enthusiastic, and capable of maintaining an engaging learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

- Certifications in STEM Education, Robotics, or IT vendor platforms (e.g., Python Certification).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
