Job Title: MEP Engineer

Location: Chennai, India
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Design and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system integration.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with IS codes and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (Master’s in MEP or Building Services preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in MEP design and execution.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP,



and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with green building standards and energy-efficient design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or high-rise projects in Chennai is an added advantage.
