Marketing Job Responsibilities:  Handling Architect and Developers  Builds business by identifying and marketing prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.  Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching.  Attending all site / Client meetings  Meeting Monthly/annual Marketing goals and targets.



 Coordinating with architects / clients / Vendors / Contractors  Checking all the works executed at site and updating to the clients  Preparing of estimates / BOQ  Marketing all the works / within predefined time / within predefined quality framework / within the predefined budget Skills:  Positive communication, writing, interpersonal and customer service skills.  Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.  Highly innovative, proactive and should operate effectively.  Candidate should have Presentation Skills and Demonstration skills.  Candidate should have good computer skills  Candidate should have a pleasant personality.  Meeting Marketing Goals
