Key Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory of laptops, desktops, monitors, mobiles, printers, and accessories.
- Record asset issuance, transfers, returns, and disposals.
- Manage onboarding, transfers, and offboarding asset allocation.
- Perform physical verification and audits.
- Track asset movement.
- Maintain handover/return documentation.
- Coordinate repairs, warranty, AMC, and vendor support.
- Monitor software licenses.
- Generate inventory and audit reports.
- Coordinate secure disposal of obsolete assets.
- Complete IT asset clearance during Full & Final settlement.
- Maintain confidentiality and security.

Required Skills

Understanding of asset management workflows, IMAC activities, inventory systems, documentation, reporting, communication, and hardware lifecycle management.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 2 years in IT Asset Management or IT Support with exposure to audits, inventory, vendor coordination, warranty, and AMC management.

Educational Qualification

Any Degree or 3-Year Diploma

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
