Core Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Floor Management: Supervise station staff, coordinate with the kitchen, and manage table flow.
- Quality Control: Check food and beverage quality before service and handle guest feedback.
- Administrative Duties: Train junior staff, manage shift scheduling, and assist with billing.
