About the Role

Natural Herbs & Formulations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Executive – Store to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material handling, documentation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/LIFO practices, ERP systems, and store operations, preferably in the Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, or Herbal Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Lead and coordinate store team activities effectively.
- Process Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) requirements as per production plans and approved requirements.
- Ensure proper material movement as per FIFO/LIFO principles.
- Maintain inventory of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, General Items, and Herbs.
- Monitor and reconcile daily inventory records.
- Ensure materials are issued only against approved Material Issue Slips.




- Handle rejected materials and ensure proper return with complete documentation.
- Maintain proper store organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain and update all store records and documentation accurately.
- Prepare and submit daily attendance, inventory, and operational reports.
- Monitor store performance and report inventory status and operational issues to management.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the Plant Head whenever required.
- Ensure the store is properly secured and locked after duty hours.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and comply with company procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Inventory & Store Management.
- Valuable understanding of FIFO/LIFO principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and team-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of 5S and warehouse/store safety practices.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.
