We have an Opportunity for the post of Lab Incharge.

Shift: Rotational Shift.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Develop and implement Laboratory(s) policies and procedures. Manage and coordinate operational policies and procedures; coordinate with staff on issues which impact laboratory services.

2. Maintain liaison with Quality Manager and staff to solve specific operating problems and improve technical activities. Advise on technical procedures, techniques and equipment, and maintain conformance with NABL standards.

3. Maintain quality checks and insure maintenance of the facilities according to NABL.

4. Assist in formulating and implementing the short and long-range goals for the operation of the laboratories; set priorities, assign responsibilities, and establish timetables.

5. Plan and schedule work for the group to ensure proper distribution of assignments.

6. Provide complete technical and documentation training to all recent joinee.

7. Plan and conduct meetings to ensure compliance with NABL standard keep scientific officers abreast of current changes and standards.

8. Assure that the Scientific Officers are properly trained in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and equipment specific requirements.

9. Develop and implement quality programs relating to calibration and maintenance of equipment.

10. Maintains medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing .quality standards. Developing operations, quality, and troubleshooting procedures ensuring staff compliance certifying instrument performance arranging equipment replacement service and repair.

11.



Maintaining internal and external Quality Control systems in the laboratory.

12. Resolution of Complain from patients/Doctors & client.

13. Maintains medical laboratory productivity by monitoring workload of functional areas; identifying peak and slack periods

14. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following upd on work results.

15. Bills for services b completing requests for service monitoring billed units providing the billing office with service codes

16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

17. Ordering supplies and taking proper documents and records

18. Training lab assistants upholding health and safety protocols and security documents .

19. Provide guidance as requested regarding hiring, training, promotions, and disciplinary issues for technical personnel.

20. Check the documentation procedure with compliance to NABL standard.

21. Preparing and approving the final test reports to the client.

22. Monitor and record the RCA for any non-conformance

23. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
