Job description:

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution

- Plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Allocate and monitor campaign budgets effectively
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and timelines

Optimisation

- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Brand Strategist to align ad creatives with campaign goals
- Coordinate with the Creative Team for ad copies, visuals, and campaign assets
- Provide explicit briefs and feedback for creative improvement

Reporting

- Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
