She will be responsible for making outbound calls to recent and existing customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries & payment .

Key Responsibilities

* She will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* She will follow up on sales inquiries received through various sources.

* She will explain company products and services to customers.

* She will generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

* She will schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.

* She will maintain customer databases and update call records in Excel.

* She will follow up with client for new orders & annual maintenance contract.

* She will coordinate with the sales teams regarding customer requirements.

* She will handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Pay: ₹15,464.54 - ₹25,293.81 per month
