Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate sports teachers and coaches.
- Develop and implement the school's physical education curriculum and sports programs.
- Plan and coordinate inter-school, district, and state-level sports competitions.
- Ensure effective lesson planning and delivery of physical education classes.
- Monitor student participation, performance, and overall fitness development.
- Organize sports events, annual sports meets, and extracurricular athletic activities.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory of sports equipment and facilities.
- Enforce safety standards and risk management procedures during sports activities.
- Coordinate with school administration, parents, and external sports organizations.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and schedules for sports programs.




- Identify and support talented student athletes for advanced training and competitions.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles among students.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant education and sports regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Master's degree (M.P.Ed.) preferred.
- Relevant teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
- 3–5 years of experience teaching physical education or coaching sports.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable.
