Job Description

- Digitize business forms using the ServiceNow CreateNow Development Suite.
- Gather requirements and clarify scope with business users.
- Act as an SME for ServiceNow forms, workflows, and business process development.
- Collaborate with application delivery teams on integrations and digitization improvements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and RPA.
- Follow SDLC best practices including build and release strategies and peer code reviews.
- Ensure solution quality and integrity across ServiceNow implementations.
- Meet delivery timelines while managing multiple priorities.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide user training.
- Maintain detailed documentation of ServiceNow configurations and processes.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CreateNow forms development.
- Excellent knowledge of ITOM, Discovery, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Mapping.
- Experience building complex digital forms and custom workflows.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and optimized query writing.
- Hands-on experience building high-availability, multi-tier web applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on CreateNow.
- Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow workflows and digitization projects.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
