About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive with a solid background in Fitness or HealthTech to drive direct-to-consumer sales for our health and wellness solutions. This role suits someone who understands the fitness/wellness consumer mindset and knows how to convert interest into action.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end B2C sales cycle — lead generation, consultation calls, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer fitness/health goals and recommend the most relevant product or plan
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Build trust with customers through knowledgeable, consultative conversations rather than aggressive pitching
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine offerings
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in Fitness, HealthTech, Wellness, or related consumer industries
- Strong understanding of fitness, health, or wellness products and customer psychology
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales numbers
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls/chats/video consultations)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
Good to Have
- Existing network or experience selling in gyms, fitness apps, diagnostics, or wellness platforms
- Basic understanding of nutrition, fitness training, or preventive healthcare concepts
