Key Responsibilities:

- Operations: Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, conduct audits, and investigate incidents to improve patient care.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Resource Management: Manage hospital budgets, equipment, and staff effectively.
- Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality improvement plans, and track key performance indicators.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders, including providing training on quality assurance processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to develop best practices and improve service delivery.
