Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, a love for literature, and the ability to inspire students through engaging, skill-oriented, and student-centered learning experiences. The teacher should foster confidence, creativity, and effective communication skills among students.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

- Teach English Language and Literature to students, including prose, poetry, drama, and supplementary reading.
- Strengthen students’ grammar, writing skills, comprehension, vocabulary, and spoken English.
- Foster analytical thinking, literary appreciation, and creative expression through interactive learning.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum objectives.
- Use modern teaching methods such as group discussions, presentations, and project-based learning.
- Integrate digital tools, multimedia resources, and smart boards to enhance classroom learning.

Student Development

- Encourage participation in debates, elocution, drama, creative writing, and literary activities.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to support student development.
- Promote confidence, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct assessments, assignments,



and class discussions to evaluate student progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when necessary.

Collaboration & School Engagement

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate actively in school events, assemblies, literary programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Contribute to the overall academic and cultural environment of the school.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- CTET qualification preferred (as per applicable norms)

Experience

- 2–4 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Exceptional fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Skills & Attributes

- Excellent communication and written proficiency in English.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Understanding of up-to-date pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies.
- Ability to integrate digital tools and smart boards in teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
