About this role

We are seeking a skilled RPA Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, RPA developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, productive, and high-quality automation solutions aligned with strategic business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Solution design, development, & maintenance of RPA applications & their associated components.
- Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions.
- Analyse process automation requirements and design robotic process automation solutions, architecture and logic.
- Create detailed design, process diagrams and related documentation
- Develop a comprehensive test suite of automated unit & regression tests for each process.
- Roll-out of the designed solution to business users and provide the required support
- Support, debug, and correct any issues with Production Bots.
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle

Qualifications





- 4 yrs of overall IT & Development experience with at least 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience in UiPath with orchestrator queues and re framework, familiar with common types of automation: Excel, website, database, restful API, Image-based, OCR-based automation.
- Exposure in User Management, networking automation, security automation, administration automation, employee onboarding automation, pharmaceutical domain.
- Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Generic profile requirements

- Experience and understanding of SDLC phases with audit policies.
- B.E in Computer Science from a reputed institute
- Must have an ability to work independently
- Must have broad technical and IT knowledge including programming languages, databases, and operating systems
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for automation development, QA, process monitoring and overall development lifecycle.
- Must have a team handling and managing ability.
- Experience with web service interaction (REST/SOAP)
- UIPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is desired
- Strong communication & collaboration skills with Client handling capability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
