Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

- Plan and supervise daily die casting production and manpower deployment.
- Monitor die casting machines, melting furnaces, dies, process parameters and cycle time.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and reduce downtime, scrap and rework.
- Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments.
- Implement 5S, TPM, Kaizen and safe work practices.
- Analyze casting defects and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production, rejection and machine performance records.
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in pressure die casting operations.
- Knowledge of aluminium & zinc die casting processes, dies,



furnaces and trimming operations.
- Understanding of casting defects, cycle time optimization, OEE and quality tools.
- Knowledge of post processing such Fetling, Deburring, Buffing etc
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP is preferred.
