We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations, product catalogs and daily order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day sales across online portals, track inventory levels and ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities -

- Marketplace & Catalog Management: Upload and maintain product listings across platforms such as Amazon and Shopify. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, specifications and images.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Monitor daily incoming orders, coordinate packing and ensure timely dispatch through logistics partners. Handle returns, cancellations and customer query resolution efficiently.
- Inventory Coordination: Track stock levels daily and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team to prevent out-of-stock situations or overselling.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain daily sheets in MS Excel or Google Sheets to track sales performance, return rates and stock inventory.



Analyze data to identify discrepancies in pricing or order flows.

Requirements & Qualifications -

- Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (a background in business, marketing or IT is a plus).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, online retail or marketplace management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables) or Google Sheets for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with seller dashboards such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or Shopify.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational ability.

Salary & Work Details

- Job Type: Full time, Office-based
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00PM
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
