Responsibilities:-

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Maintain proper stock and inventory records of electric bikes and accessories.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Generate invoices, maintain sales records, and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate with service and backend teams for customer support and delivery processes.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.




- Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required by management.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Oprations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, automobile showroom, or store operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Sales & Service coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Interest in EV (Electric Vehicle) industry will be an added advantage.
