Job Title: Junior AccountantJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will assist with financial recordkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain cash books and petty cash records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.




- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime, Busy, QuickBooks, or ERP software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or practical experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting.
- Professional certifications or courses in accounting are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
