The ideal candidate will guide prospective students in choosing the right courses, training programs, internships, and career opportunities while ensuring a smooth admission process. Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM or admission management systems.
- Explain course details, fee structures, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for the admission and onboarding process.
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, career guidance sessions, and educational events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Address student concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission reports.
- Stay updated on educational trends, career opportunities, and industry requirements.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Ability to convince and motivate students and parents.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to achieve admission and counselling targets.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and admission management systems.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience conducting seminars, career guidance sessions, or campus outreach programs.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
