We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth by promoting products/services, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution of sales and marketing activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Marketing Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO, ads)
- Collaborate with design/content teams to create promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI




- Enhance brand awareness and positioning in the market

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, social media platforms)
- Knowledge of data analytics tools
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
