Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain employee and candidate records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with team leads regarding hiring requirements.
- Assist in employer branding and social media hiring campaigns.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, MBA, BBA, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
