Job Summary

Hi Tech Transpower Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive / Tender Assistant to handle end-to-end tendering activities for electrical, transmission line, and EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely online submission of tenders through various e-tendering portals. Qualification

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.E. Electrical
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience

- Diploma Candidates: Minimum 2 Years
- B.E. Candidates:



Minimum 1 Year
- Experience in Electrical, EPC, Infrastructure, or Transmission Line projects preferred. (Expertia)

- Government Tender Process
- Electrical Materials & BOQ
- Vendor Registration
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
- EMD & Bank Guarantee Process
