Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Create, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns
- Drive organic growth across social media platforms
- Develop content strategies that increase engagement and reach
- Implement the latest SEO, AI SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking
- Build advanced remarketing and retargeting audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS, and generate detailed reports
- Coordinate with the creative and development teams for landing pages and campaign assets

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Proven expertise in Organic Social Media Growth
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, Technical SEO, AI SEO, AEO, and GEO
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager,



GA4, and conversion tracking
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, funnels, remarketing, and retargeting
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and automation platforms is a plus
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
