Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Support a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) client with monthly FP&A; activities and analytical reporting

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational performance reports on a periodic basis

- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track key financial and operational KPIs

- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify key business drivers

- Identify, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic decision-making

- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models from scratch, covering scenarios such as LBOs, mergers, re-franchising, etc.

- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate business strategies and investment decisions

- Support portfolio management activities, including but not limited to, return calculations (IRR, MOIC, HPR, Total Return) and fee computations (management fee, performance fee)

- Engage in regular client interaction, addressing queries and delivering ad-hoc analytical support.

Ky Key Competencies:

- CFA/ MBA in Strategy, Finance,



Operations or Economics

- 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably across industries

- At least ~1-2 years of experience in managing a team, as well as, directly communicating with clients. Experience in managing client communications solo will be considered an added advantage

- Experience in handling projects independently

- Solid problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in research and consulting environment. Adept at synthesizing information to generate insights

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, financial models, complex formulas)

- Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP)
