Furdeco is hiring Customer Support Executives for a UK-based voice process in the delivery logistics domain. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for delivery/logistics operations
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and services
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with positive communication can apply)
- Experience in BPO / Voice Process is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
