- Call and follow up with potential customers who have shown interest through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms.
- Communicate politely and effectively to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate interest and schedule showroom visits or design consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow and feedback sharing.
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
