John Buildwell India Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support internal documentation processes and coordinate with external offices for approvals and statutory requirements. The role involves field visits, document handling, and follow-ups to ensure smooth processing of work-related approvals and records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, and compliance records
- Coordinate with external offices for documentation support and approvals
- Assist in processing licenses, registrations, and required submissions
- Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and documentation status
- Support internal teams in maintaining proper records and compliance tracking
- Ensure timely completion of documentation-related tasks
- Handle field visits as required for submission and collection of documents

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline




- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Two-wheeler (bike) preferred for fieldwork duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage field visits and multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of documentation processes (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in documentation, coordination, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with office procedures and external coordination work
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills
