Production Manager – Weaving

Eternal Cotton | Talandage, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 Years in Textile Weaving Industry

Machine Expertise: Toyota JAT 910 E-Shed Air-Jet Looms (12 - 16 Shafts, 2 and 4 Color Feeder Machines)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day weaving operations.
- Yarn reconciliation calculations and airjet weaving machine settings.
- Achieve production, efficiency, and quality targets.
- Ensure optimum performance of Toyota JAT 910 E-Shed Air-Jet Looms.
- Monitor loom efficiency, production losses, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Analyze fabric defects and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and supervise production supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.




- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in weaving operations.
- Proven experience working on Toyota JAT 910 E-Shed Air-Jet Looms.
- Strong understanding of cotton woven fabric manufacturing.
- Knowledge of loom settings, weaving parameters, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower, production planning, and quality control effectively.
