Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to current leads to identify needs, explain product features, and pitch solutions.Sales Closing: Overcome customer objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals directly over the phone.Relationship Building: Follow up with existing clients, provide post-sale support, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Data Management: Log all call interactions, update customer information, and manage pipelines in CRM Software.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
