Job Title: Finance/Accounts Executive

Location: Rajpura, Punjab

Qualifications:

- MBA, M.Com, B.Com or a degree in Finance, Banking Services or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years

Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software like Tally & other softwares
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Prepare balance sheets and financial statements.
- Process invoices and record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts
- Track bank deposits, payments, and cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS, and assist in filing TDS returns.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI,



and other applicable regulations.
- Support internal and statutory audits by preparing the required documentation.
- Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment follow-ups with clients and vendors to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and cost analysis.
- Review and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
