Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer to prepare students for competitive examinations and placement assessments. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent teaching abilities, and experience in delivering aptitude and logical reasoning training for exams such as TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, UPSC, Campus Placements, and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice worksheets, and mock tests.
- Teach problem-solving techniques, shortcut methods, and time management strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze student performance.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus.
- Develop high-quality question banks and practice materials.




- Motivate and guide students to improve their performance and confidence.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance training content and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude skills and teaching ability are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
