About Us:
Verritas Furniture is a sofa manufacturing group headquartered in Kolkata, expanding operations with a new captive plant in Bengaluru. We're looking for an Accounts Executive/Manager to manage plant-level finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day plant accounting: purchase invoices, GRN reconciliation, vendor payments
- Handle GST compliance, input credit reconciliation, and e-way bills for inbound/outbound material movement
- Support costing for raw materials (timber, foam, PSF, fabric, hardware) and production cost tracking
- Coordinate with procurement team on PO-to-payment cycle and vendor ledger reconciliation




- Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports, and support HQ finance team (Kolkata) with plant-level reporting
- Manage petty cash, local vendor payments, and statutory filings (TDS, PT)
- Support internal/statutory audit requirements for the Bengaluru unit

Requirements:

- 3+ years in plant/factory accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, and vendor reconciliation
- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working independently at a recent facility with HQ coordination
