At Vested we believe in constantly challenging the status quo and creating products that people across the world have never had access to. We have just closed our Series A financing round and are looking to rapidly expand our product lines and the number of markets we serve.

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will join our Marketing & Growth team to help ensure that we are able to grow continuously and build revenue, traffic, and an audience using paid advertising methods.

What you will do

Work with Vested’s Marketing & Growth team to define the brand design identity.

Develop and produce artwork and advertising, which reflect the identity of Vested globally.

Support the Marketing team with any design requests across social media, programmatic ads, YouTube ads, emails, push notifications, and within the Vested app/website.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.

Proactively identify emerging design trends and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.

Create compelling designs across graphical banners, videos, landing pages, etc which will be used as marketing collaterals.





Handle all performance-led digital marketing initiatives within the marketing team

Affiliate Marketing: Onboarding and managing quality-focused affiliate partners both for acquisitions and app traffic and re-engagement

Facebook/Instagram Ads: Driving scale and optimization on Facebook and Instagram install campaigns

Google Ads: Driving scale and optimization on installs from Google platforms

Influencer marketing: Collaborating with content creators across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. and driving month-on-month promotions

Partnerships: Partnering with digital-first brands to promote Vested on their platforms.

Planning & Execution: Monthly planning of installs, acquisitions, and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality

Growth: Growth hacking and finding new avenues, and initiatives to drive acquisitions through the funnel

AB Testing & Experimentation: Data-driven experimentation of concepts, campaigns, campaign structure, platforms, and commercial models to drive metrics

Reporting & Ops: Building an internal reporting system to publish data, validate partner claims and handle financial processes for smooth operations

Thought Leadership:



Being an internal leader of installs and acquisitions best practices. Contribute to building the strategy for performance marketing and growth, with a focus on data and platform-user understanding

2 years of experience

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience handling growth for a product/brand or in a top-tier performance marketing agency. Candidates from the fintech industry are preferred.

You are data-driven and have used your analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the platforms to contribute directly to the growth of the company/client.

Has handled at least 10 lakh INR/month budgets

Qualities that we look for

Solid communication skills - including the ability to listen to the needs of others and comprehend complex matters, articulate issues clearly and concisely, and present effectively in both oral and written presentations to all levels in the organization. We are a remote organization so this is an absolute must.

Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency, possessing a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity.

Willingness to build meaningful partnerships with all departments and levels of the organization and to effectively communicate information and concepts to different skill levels and personalities.

Strong self-direction with proven ability to - think on your feet- and take appropriate actions.
